About IICM

The IICM oper­ates in the fields of devel­op­ment and inte­gra­tion of inno­va­tion and change meth­ods in trans­for­ma­tion process­es and inno­va­tion projects. We are a dynam­ic team of experts with a range of ser­vices from strate­gic con­sult­ing and trans­for­ma­tion sup­port to cre­ative com­mu­ni­ca­tion in change process­es. Our exper­tise is based on many years of con­sult­ing expe­ri­ence in inno­va­tion-ori­ent­ed, strate­gic and trans­for­ma­tive project devel­op­ment.


Dr. Felix von Held
Dr. Felix von HeldPart­ner

Felix worked as inno­va­tion con­sul­tant in more than 20 indus­tries in the last years. His focus is on holis­tic inno­va­tion and change pro­grams, brand­ing as well as strat­e­gy and prod­uct devel­op­ment. He holds a doc­tor­ate from the Uni­ver­si­ty of Regens­burg, a M.Sc. in Orga­ni­za­tion­al and Social Psy­chol­o­gy from the Lon­don School of Eco­nom­ics and a degree in Busi­ness Admin­is­tra­tion from the Uni­ver­si­ty of Regens­burg.

Dr. Felix Werle

Felix is a con­sul­tant on sce­nario plan­ning, inno­va­tion and strat­e­gy devel­op­ment. His focus is on cross-indus­try sense­mak­ing and strate­giz­ing process for­mats. He is a Research Fel­low at the Chair of Orga­ni­za­tion and Man­age­ment at the Uni­ver­si­ty of Zurich, stud­ied Oper­a­tional Research (M.Sc.) at the Lon­don School of Eco­nom­ics and Com­mu­ni­ca­tion Sci­ence, Psy­chol­o­gy and Pol­i­tics (M.A.) at the LMU Munich.

Matthias Kessler
Matthias KesslerPart­ner

Matthias is facil­i­ta­tor, design­er and an expert for Design Think­ing in inno­va­tion and trans­for­ma­tion projects. Over the past sev­en years, he sup­port­ed a wide range of cus­tomers in the auto­mo­tive, sports, food and phar­ma indus­try. Matthias stud­ied Com­mu­ni­ca­tion Design at HS Augs­burg and the basics of archi­tec­ture at the TU Munich.

Maximilian Rogg
Max­i­m­il­ian RoggSenior Con­sul­tant

Max­i­m­il­ian is Senior Con­sul­tant focus­ing on Dig­i­tal Trans­for­ma­tion at the IICM. As such, he cov­ers the increas­ing pro­por­tion of dig­i­tal aspects in trans­for­ma­tion, change and inno­va­tion projects. Pri­or to join­ing IICM, he spent over 13 years as a dig­i­tal com­mu­ni­ca­tions and tech­nol­o­gy con­sul­tant. He worked inten­sive­ly on agile work­ing, inno­v­a­tive busi­ness mod­els, dig­i­tal products/services and growth dri­ven projects.

Prof. Dr. Jan Oliver Schwarz

Jan’s work con­sists of con­cep­tion and imple­men­ta­tion of sce­nario plan­ning, busi­ness wargam­ing, as well as cor­po­rate fore­sight process­es and strat­e­gy devel­op­ment. Fur­ther­more, he is a pro­fes­sor for Gen­er­al Man­age­ment at the design depart­ment of the Hochschule Fre­se­nius Uni­ver­si­ty for Applied Sci­ences, Munich, Ger­many and a Research Asso­ciate at the Aarhus Uni­ver­si­ty, Den­mark.

Anina Albert
Ani­na AlbertCon­sul­tant

Ani­na focus­es on con­cep­tion, imple­men­ta­tion and mod­er­a­tion of IICM’s train­ing mod­ules as well as inno­v­a­tive projects and change man­age­ment process­es. She is an expert in behav­ioral eco­nom­ics, focus­ing on the change in human’s behav­ior through dig­i­tal­iza­tion. Before IICM, she has pro­vid­ed strate­gic advi­so­ry with­in (dig­i­tal) change process­es in var­i­ous indus­tries.

 Lisa von Pflugk
Lisa von PflugkCon­sul­tant and Design­er

In her work, Lisa con­cen­trates on Design Think­ing, com­pre­hen­si­ble visu­al­iza­tion of com­plex issues and top­ics, graph­ic sup­port and the con­cep­tion of work­shops and design meth­ods. Before join­ing the IICM, she worked as a prod­uct design­er and ser­vice design­er. She holds a degree in “Inte­grat­ed Prod­uct Design” (B.A.) and com­plet­ed her M.Sc. in “Indus­tri­al Design” at the Tech­ni­cal Uni­ver­si­ty of Munich.

Verena Frass
Ver­e­na FrassCon­sul­tant

Verena’s work con­sists of devel­op­ing and imple­ment­ing holis­tic con­cepts for inno­va­tion and trans­for­ma­tion projects. Before join­ing IICM, she has been work­ing in dif­fer­ent sec­tors and there­by acquired exper­tise in inter­na­tion­al media, strat­e­gy and busi­ness devel­op­ment. By study­ing “Busi­ness Psy­chol­o­gy” (M.A.), Ver­e­na gained knowl­edge about human expe­ri­ence and behav­ior with­in orga­ni­za­tion­al struc­tures.

Matthias Kauke
Matthias KaukeCon­sul­tant

Matthias is an expert for enabling for­mats and cre­ativ­i­ty meth­ods in both change and inno­va­tion projects. Pri­or to IICM, he con­tributed to research in the fields of idea find­ing, inno­va­tion port­fo­lio man­age­ment and inno­va­tion com­mu­ni­ca­tion and gained pro­fes­sion­al expe­ri­ence in sus­tain­abil­i­ty con­sult­ing, fash­ion and auto­mo­tive. Matthias grad­u­at­ed (M.Sc.) at the LMU Munich focus­ing on inno­va­tion, strat­e­gy and psy­chol­o­gy.

Matthias Hoffmann
Matthias Hoff­mannSenior Con­sul­tant

Matthias is a free­lance con­sul­tant and train­er at the Insti­tute for Inno­va­tion and Change Method­olo­gies (IICM) in Munich. His main occu­pa­tion is man­ag­ing part­ner for a soft­ware start-up. Until 2013 he was in the Bun­deswehr, serv­ing as an offi­cer in the capac­i­ty of avi­a­tion man­ag­er in the areas of error cul­ture and cri­sis man­age­ment.

Stefanie Erdt
Ste­fanie ErdtSenior Con­sul­tant

Ste­fanie takes care of the mul­ti-project man­age­ment and the inter­nal finances and orga­ni­za­tion of the IICM. Before join­ing IICM, she was involved in project and inno­va­tion man­age­ment in the areas of sports, health and mobil­i­ty as well as work­shop and event orga­ni­za­tion. Ste­fanie stud­ied sports sci­ence at the TU Munich and is a cer­ti­fied GPM project man­age­ment spe­cial­ist.

Franziska Reitinger
Franziska ReitingerJunior Con­sul­tant and Design­er

Dur­ing her stud­ies in Design and Inno­va­tion Man­age­ment (B.A.) Franziska already sup­port­ed projects in the auto­mo­tive indus­try. As part of her bach­e­lor the­sis, she dealt inten­sive­ly with the pro­ce­dure mod­el Design Think­ing. She won the 3rd place of the Ger­man Idea Man­age­ment Award in the cat­e­go­ry “Best Stu­dent Work” in 2019.
